51. Omega 3 Complex

The polyunsaturated Omega-3 fatty acids EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) cannot be produced by the body in sufficient quantities.
If your diet does not include 1-2 portions of fish per week on a regular basis, concentrated fish oils supplement can offer a convenient way to add those precious essential fatty acids to your diet.
Potential users:

• Those who do not eat foods rich in omega-3 fatty acids, such as most fish, seafood, leafy vegetables, canola oil, soybean oil and walnuts

• Those who are interested in the beneficial effects of omega-3 fatty acids

There are many results from research that suggest Onega 3 Ouls can help:

- reduce the pain of inflammation
- better brain function
- feeling better or less depressed
- increased concentration span in children
- some protection from stroke and cardiovascular disease

I personally would only recommend  Nutrilite supplements that are made from natural, chemical free foods and wherever possible organic sources.
